What countries do you ship to?

We can ship to most countries. If you are in a country where the product cannot be purchased, please inform our online customer service. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What are the estimated delivery times and shipping fees?

We currently operate fulfillment centers in the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and the United States. Most of our products are shipped directly from these local warehouses, ensuring fast delivery within 3–7 business days.

In rare cases where an item is out of stock at our regional warehouses, your order will be fulfilled directly from our factory in China. For these shipments, the estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

We will provide tracking information for all orders so you can follow your package until it arrives.

  • Exchange Policy: If a return or exchange is required due to product quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

How long is the processing time before shipping?

The general processing time for orders in stock is 1-3 business days. For pre-sale or out-of-stock products, it depends on the arrival time of the product. We will notify you of the time via email.

Where will my package be shipped from?

If you are in the USA, U.K., Canada, EU Countries, packages may be shipped from local warehouses or China. 
If not, the package would be shipped from China.

Do I need to pay other fees after payment?

It depends on where your package is shipped from.

  • From local warehouses: You don't need to pay any more fees.
  • From China: You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.

What do I do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Could you tell me the refund & exchange rules?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment's status through our website or the designated courier's platform.

If you have any dissatisfaction with the VSGO order products you received, please send an email directly to our email address globalwebsite@vsgo.com.cn, and our after-sales staff will solve it for you.

VSGO RETURN POLICY

How long is the return window?

  • You may return the items you received within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • Please note that we do not accept return requests for orders more than 30 days after receipt.
  • We will refund you within 3-10 working days after receiving your return package. The refund method is the same as your payment method and the original route is returned.

Things to note When Returning Goods

  • Customers must ensure that the returned products and packaging boxes are in good condition, and that the trademarks and various labels have not changed. If there are gifts for this product, they should also be returned together. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, the box or any items are missing, or other circumstances that affect secondary sales. The logistics costs incurred when returning the goods are borne by the customer.
  • Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
  • Please contact us at globalwebsite@vsgo.com.cn if you want to return, after our confirmation, you can return the product to our warehouse address.

Could you please tell me how long your product warranty lasts?

VSGO attaches great importance to product quality and customer experience. We are committed to providing customers with the best products. If the product you receive has quality problems or defects, it has exceeded the 30-day return period, or you encounter problems during use, please feel free to contact us at globalwebsite@vsgo.com.cn. After we confirm it, if it is indeed a quality problem, we will provide you with replacement or repair services.

The warranty is for the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects that affect the normal use of the product.

The warranty is not for the following situations:

  • Damage caused by improper use or improper storage;
  • Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear & tear;

VSGO has three types of products: camera cleaning, electric products and camera bags. For different types of products, the warranty is also different.

The following is the warranty period of the product (Calculated from receipt of goods):

  • 180 days for camera cleaning items.
  • 1 year for electric tools.
  • Lifetime warranty for camera bags.

How can I track my order?

You can view your tracking information on your order history page by either:

  1. Going to the order history page once you have logged into your account. 
  2. Clicking on the link to track your package in the shipping confirmation email. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will be able to track your package. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has left our distribution center.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?

Here are three simple steps to recovering your password:

  1. Go to the account log in page, then click on “Forgot your password?” In the email address field, enter the email address you last used to place an order with us. Then click on “Submit”.
