Why is the air blower’s rebound slower?
Unlike ordinary air blowers, Air-move Camera Air Blower features an air purification design. It is recommended to replace the filter approximately every six months. If the filter is not replaced for a long time, dust can accumulate and block the air intake, reducing airflow and causing slower rebound of the blower. After replacing the filter, the blower will return to normal performance.
Why can’t I see the carbon powder on the lens cleaning pen? Is it missing?
The carbon powder on the lens cleaning pen is precision-grade and invisible to the naked eye. Even if you remove the sponge and tap it firmly, it will not be visible. You can feel it by rubbing your fingers over the tip, where black residue will appear.
Please note: if you have applied sunscreen or skincare products, do not directly touch the carbon tip or cleaning brush with your hands, as residue from these products can cause oil marks during cleaning.
Can the lens cleaning pen be used with liquids?
No, the lens cleaning pen should not be used with any liquids. For daily use, also avoid moisture exposure. If the pen becomes damp, it should no longer be used.
Can the storage pouch be purchased separately?
Sorry, it cannot. Currently, there is no option to buy it individually. If needed, you can select a suitable cleaning kit to receive the storage pouch.
